Shift Leaders will lead with character and integrity while striving for constant improvement. Your role is to set a positive and prepared tone for your shift and your team on a day to day basis. You are ultimately responsible for managing systems within the organization (Front of House, Back of House) and leading team members and trainers while positively impacting guests. In addition to Having excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrating a positive attitude and be encouraging to all Effectively delegatingtasks to all on shift Have the ability to use learned information in new situations, apply knowledge, solve problems, and implement concepts. Have the ability to break down information into parts, understand the organizational structure, and identify relationships between elements.
