Beverage Manager

We are seeking a Beverage Manager to join our team of hospitality professionals. Starting pay ranges $60,000–$70,000 + Bonus Potential + Benefits. Summary of Position The BeverageManager will work closely with the General Manager and management team as well as Senior Leadership to efficiently manage our total beverage program, including purchasing and stewarding our collaborative training program. They will manage the role of beverage throughout,from ice water to Champagne and beyond. Responsibilities will also include:supervise staff, inventory and maintenance of the restaurant and to manage day-to-day functions while maintaining and delivering outstanding hospitality and service. Responsibilities will include: Management and upkeep of administrative duties for all employees Scheduling and training plans Overseeing ordering of non-food and beverage items Overseeing bar team, working on ideation, recipe testing, and beverage operations Working with marketing and management team on managing beverage book, overseeing wine & spirits offerings Managing COG's and the PCW Managing inventories Managing repairs and maintenance Managing daily service Education/Experience 3+ years of restaurant management experience Must be at least 21 years of age Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook 365 and Excel Proven problem-solving abilities Excellent math, reading, writing and communication skills We Offer: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Short-Term Disability options Competitive salary with performance-based raises and promotions Paid time off Ongoing training and education opportunities Employee discount Employee Referral Program
