And a focus on the Now, bringing urgency and discipline to every moment, knowing it can make a lasting impact.#LI-TA1Here's what you'll do during a typical day:Drive total revenue performance: Lead sales and marketing efforts across all segments, including group, catering, business transient, and leisure, to achieve revenue goals and profitability targetsDevelop commercial strategy: Set and execute the hotel’s multi-year commercial plan in partnership with on-property and regional leaders, aligning enterprise solutions with local market needsOptimize pricing and business mix: Collaborate with Commercial Leadership to implement pricing strategies, forecast demand, and define the optimal mix of business for each periodAnalyze performance and convert insights to action: Lead the Sales & Marketing Optimization Process, using data to identify opportunities, adjust tactics, and communicate performance drivers through regular commercial reviewsLead marketing and digital strategy: Oversee B2B marketing, digital campaigns, social media, PR, and online content to strengthen brand presence and demand generationEnsure brand alignment and operational excellence: Oversee sales and marketing activities to ensure consistency with brand standards, corporate identity, and enterprise communication toolsCultivate a high-performing team: Recruit new talent while driving team growth and engagement through performance management, professional development, and recognition programsFull timePosting Date: 2026-06-01
