About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in its mission to revolutionize the behavioral health ecosystem. The COO will be the senior operating leader, responsible for the day-to-day business operations, and will work closely with the CEO to build and scale the company's AI-native infrastructure. This includes a broad mandate over product, clinical operations, data, finance, and human resources. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner, focusing on the development of an AI-native operating system for behavioral health, ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality care, and maintaining financial discipline. A key aspect of the role is team leadership and growth, with a strong emphasis on attracting, developing, and retaining a mission-oriented team. The ideal COO for the company will be a data-driven, mission-driven individual with a proven track record in operations, particularly within an early-stage startup environment. A deep understanding of behavioral health, managed care, or value-based care models is strongly preferred. The role requires a leader who is adept at building teams and systems, and who is comfortable with the ambiguity and speed of a rapidly growing company. Experience in scaling a company through a growth stage and a background in healthcare or behavioral health, with a familiarity with value-based care, are also key qualifications. The company is at a critical juncture and is looking for a COO who can bring a high level of autonomy, and is passionate about transforming the behavioral health industry to deliver meaningful outcomes for patients.
