Project Manager / Lead Delivery ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Lead Delivery Manager to lead the successful execution of multiple strategic technology initiatives across a complex enterprise environment. This individual will oversee project planning, execution, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.The ideal candidate is an experienced delivery leader who excels at driving accountability, communicating with executive stakeholders, and managing large-scale technology projects in Agile and hybrid delivery environments.Position DetailsTitle: Project Manager / Lead Delivery ManagerStart Date: ASAPDuration: 6-month contract with potential extensionsLocation: Hybrid (4 days onsite / 1 day remote) – Parsippany, NJ areaSchedule: Monday–Thursday onsite during EST business hoursHours: 40 hours/weekOpenings: 1Key ResponsibilitiesLead multiple strategic IT projects from initiation through delivery.Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Drive execution while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.Hold project teams accountable for commitments and project outcomes.Coordinate efforts across business and technology stakeholders.Partner with cross-functional delivery teams to align priorities and remove roadblocks.Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and executive status updates.Create transparency into project progress through effective reporting and communication.Manage project budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships as needed.Ensure project governance, documentation, and reporting standards are maintained.Align project objectives with broader organizational and technology strategies.Mentor junior project managers and promote project management best practices.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).10+ years of experience managing enterprise IT projects.Demonstrated success leading large, complex application development, integration, or commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) implementation projects.Experience delivering customer-facing technology solutions.Strong knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management methodologies.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Preferred QualificationsPMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or related project management certifications.Experience managing enterprise application implementations and digital transformation initiatives.Experience coordinating third-party vendors and external partners.Desired SkillsProject Planning & ExecutionStakeholder ManagementRisk & Issue ManagementBudget & Forecast ManagementAgile & Waterfall MethodologiesExecutive CommunicationCross-Functional LeadershipVendor ManagementProject GovernanceTeam Leadership & CoachingChange ManagementEnterprise Technology DeliveryThe successful candidate is a proactive leader who takes ownership, drives execution, and builds strong relationships across technical and business teams.
