Job Title

Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:

• Strong Project Management and Business Analysis experience with ability to drive the end to end delivery
• Excellent analytical problem solving skills – ability to review data and summarise outcomes
• Strong Knowledge in Agile methodology and Agile best practices
• Ability to produce Project artifacts and support documents utilizing Project Management tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong domain knowledge
• Ability to map and navigate complex requirements and organizational structures. Negotiation skills to drive decisions and consensus
• Exhibit solid ownership behaviours, work autonomously and independently on work streams

• Ability to manage changing requirements and use independent judgement to drive outcomes in a highly dynamic environment
• Good understanding of Investment Banking products, Risk & Controls functions and Unauthorized Trading business processes and standards
• Experience of working on global applications and ability to work within a global team environment
• Experience with Data Science and Data Analytics to drive Business Requirements via insights.
