Job Title
Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:
- Strong Project Management and Business Analysis experience with ability to drive the end to end delivery
- Excellent analytical problem solving skills – ability to review data and summarise outcomes
- Strong Knowledge in Agile methodology and Agile best practices
- Ability to produce Project artifacts and support documents utilizing Project Management tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong domain knowledge
- Ability to map and navigate complex requirements and organizational structures. Negotiation skills to drive decisions and consensus
- Exhibit solid ownership behaviours, work autonomously and independently on work streams
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills and presentation skills
- Good organizational skills, learning/growth and Audit mindset
- Ability to manage changing requirements and use independent judgement to drive outcomes in a highly dynamic environment
- Good understanding of Investment Banking products, Risk & Controls functions and Unauthorized Trading business processes and standards
- Experience of working on global applications and ability to work within a global team environment
- Experience with Data Science and Data Analytics to drive Business Requirements via insights.
