VIA Health Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate end-of-life care in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or associates degree in nursing, an active RN license, and at least 2 years of relevant experience in hospice or palliative care. Responsibilities include coordinating patient care, conducting nursing assessments, and developing care plans.
