You will lead the office in all operations, support the doctors, and create lasting impressions to build trust and loyalty with patients. Responsibilities Provide superior patient service with compassion and care, in accordance with company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards. Hire, develop, manage and retain the office staff. Consult with patients on treatment options provided by the clinical team, verifying insurance payment and collection to ensure high‑quality care. Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, and align the sales plan to support business goals. Create strategies to increase profitability. Prepare and lead daily huddles with the team to level set expectations and optimize patient experience and business performance. Perform additional tasks as required. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of one year of managing a team of direct reports. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. A people‑centric leader who motivates and inspires others. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
