Cardiothoracic Surgery Advanced Practice Provider

Overview Medical City Denton is seeking an experienced Acute Care Advanced Practice Provider to care for pre- and post-operative cardiac surgery patients. Responsibilities Care for pre- and post-operative cardiac surgery patients in the CVICU, focusing on recovery and monitoring. Manage patients in the CVICU recovering from CABG, valve replacement including TAVR, complex aortic reconstruction, LVAD placement, and heart transplantation, in addition to mechanical circulatory support patients. Provide patient consults and discharges after surgery.
