• Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department

• Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning December 2026 for 6 months with the option to extend. 40-hour work week guarantee. No nights, weekends, holidays, or call.

• Case Mix: General, Ortho, Vascular, Gynecology, GI. No blocks, spinals, or epidurals.
\n
• Support Staff/Supervision: Medical Direction. 10 MDA/CRNA's on daily.
\n
• # of OR's: 9
\n
• Credentialing Time-Frame: 90 days
\n
• Certifications: NBCRNA, ACLS
\n
• Active TX License: Required upon submission
\n
