Regional Director of Sales

Leading the West U.S. and APAC Enterprise business, the remote Regional Director of Enterprise Sales will build a high-performing team, expand strategic customer relationships, and drive new enterprise account acquisition through effective sales strategies. Key responsibilities Develop and manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives to drive sales growth and customer expansion Engage with executive buyers to articulate the business value of Infrastructure as Code solutions Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to enhance enterprise customer acquisition and retention Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales with a proven track record of quota attainment 3+ years of experience leading first-line Enterprise sales teams, focusing on talent development and retention Experience selling complex SaaS platforms to technical engineering organizations Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and strong pipeline management skills Experience managing distributed sales teams, particularly in U.S. and APAC markets
