Global Payroll Specialist

Owning the end-to-end payroll process for international clients, the full-time Global Payroll Specialist will manage payroll execution using ADP and Rippling technologies, ensuring 100% error-free and on-time payrolls while supporting the company's global expansion efforts. Key responsibilities: Execute and manage payroll processes for assigned international clients, ensuring compliance with statutory rules and deadlines Collaborate with client contacts to collect data, resolve issues, and process payroll changes accurately and timely Assist in establishing payroll capabilities in new countries by learning local requirements and implementing internal processes Required qualifications: Hands-on payroll experience in the US, Canada, and the UK; experience in other international jurisdictions is a plus Experience with ADP Workforce Now payroll technology Genuine enthusiasm for payroll and the ability to learn new systems and regulations Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients under deadline pressure Excellent communication skills and a client-first approach
