Job description:

We are looking for a professionally minded Sales Person to join our team. This role will be a direct sales position selling products or services in the manufacturing and welding service industries to new and existing customers, building relationships , meeting sales targets, and providing supporting customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Building and Maintaining Relationships:

• Establishing and developing relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Identifying and responding to client needs.

Sales Activities:

• Reviewing customer issues and proposing custom fabrication solutions with current customers daily.
• Identifying and qualifying leads through various methods (e.g., cold calling, networking, referrals).
• Organizing and conducting meetings and presentations to potential customers.
• Reviewing potential opportunities for company fit.
• Defining and documenting project requirements for service and fabrication teams.
• Negotiating sales prices and terms.
• Closing sales orders.
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Customer Service:

• Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer concerns and queries.

Sales Performance:

• Meeting or exceeding weekly sales quotas and targets.
• Tracking and reporting on sales performance.

Other Duties:

• Documenting sales activities and maintaining accurate records.
• Developing and extending client Network.
• Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Position base qualifications:

• Mechanical knowledge and background to be able to gather and translate project requirements for service and fabrication teams.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
• Proven sales experience, demonstrating the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Driver's License (Required)
