Compensation Range: $130-150K

Job Description:
The Business Analyst will drive data-driven insights to support product strategy, profitability analysis, and performance reporting across business units.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Analyze profitability, revenue, and cost drivers to support business decisions
Build dashboards and deliver monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting
Partner with product owners to translate business needs into data insights
Write SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data
Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders
Collaborate with data analysts and data scientists to support analytics initiatives
Lead core analytics efforts across multiple product lines
Identify data needs and proactively source information to answer business questions

Requirements:
Must-Haves:

5-10 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
Strong understanding of profitability, revenue, and cost analysis
Recent Advanced SQL skills (writing queries, pulling and analyzing data)
Ability to create and solve basic mathematical models for business problems
Strong communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
Experience translating data into actionable insights and storytelling
Proven ownership mindset and ability to drive results autonomously

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with Databricks
Experience with Tableau and/or Alteryx
Experience working in highly matrixed organizations
Exposure to predictive analytics and partnering with data science teams
