Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescriptionSynergy Infratech Power Systems is opening a new manufacturing plant in Wilmer, Texas, and we are hiring the Plant Manager who will build and run it.We supply generator sets, enclosures, electrical houses, and exhaust systems to the data center and power generation markets, with operations in the US, India, and the UAE. This is a ground-floor role: you will train the team, set up production, and own safety, quality, delivery, and cost as the plant ramps up.ResponsibilitiesLead plant startup, including layout, equipment installation, and production readinessTrain supervisors, fabricators, welders, electricians, and assemblersRun daily assembly of generator enclosures, electrical houses, genset packaging, and exhaust systemsBuild the safety program and maintain OSHA complianceSet up quality systems, inspection, and factory acceptance testingOwn the production schedule and on-time deliveryManage the plant budget, labor, materials, and inventoryTrack KPIs and drive continuous improvementRequirements5+ years in industrial manufacturing, with 2+ years as a plant manager or senior operations leaderExperience in heavy fabrication, electrical assembly, or power equipment such as enclosures, switchgear, e-houses, or generator packagingA record of hiring and leading production teamsWorking knowledge of OSHA requirements and quality systemsAbility to read mechanical and electrical drawingsERP/MRP and production scheduling experiencePreferredNew plant or production line startup experienceHeavy industrial machine experiencesData center or power generation backgroundDegree in engineering or operations, or equivalent experienceCompensationBase salary of $105,000 – $150,000, depending on experienceAnnual bonus of 10–20% of baseHealth, dental, and vision insurance (as cash compensation)Retirement as cash contributionPaid time off and holidaysApplicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
