And now, we’re looking for ambitious individuals to join our elite Technology recruitment team in Manhattan as a Engineering Delivery Consultant.

\n

\n

You’ll join our Academy Training Program , a structured pathway designed to give you everything you need to thrive in recruitment and reach your full potential.

\n

\n

Our leadership team and on-site learning and development team will ensure you quickly become a market expert through our robust onboarding. You will build your skills and confidence to identify, engage and add value to the top engineering talent within the New York and SF market.

\n

\n

Initially, you’ll focus on the research and candidate side (180° recruitment), including:

\n

\n
• Market mapping and data research
\n
• Optimizing our tools and technology for maximum impact
\n
• Sourcing and engaging high-caliber technology professionals
\n
• Conducting interviews and candidate assessments
\n
• Supporting senior team members with client projects
\n
• Learning the art of relationship management and talent advisory
\n

\n

Once you’ve mastered the foundations, you choose your path to either progress as a senior Recruitment Researcher or step into a 360° Consultant role with a sales and client focus.

Your Profile
