Responsibilities Ensure effective insurance, retirement, and business planning education through an array of service offerings including high‑quality insurance, fixed annuities, long‑term care insurance, securities and investments. Secure optional licenses for selling securities and investment products for wealth management and advanced planning. Increase client base by creating and implementing strategic business and marketing plans. Present a breadth of solutions offered by our competitive suite of products and services to help clients achieve their financial goals. Prospect and contact potential clients to discuss their financial needs and concerns. Qualifications Growth mindset and strong sales experience preferred. Business sense required, with ability to engage community and tap personal networks to identify contacts. Articulate complex concepts using superb written and verbal communication skills. Uncompromising integrity, solid business expertise, and knowledge are a must. Backgrounds in people‑oriented careers, teaching, or coaching are a plus. Compensation & Benefits Base salary $50,000‑$100,000 per year, with opportunities for performance‑based increases. Full‑time agents and their dependents are immediately eligible for medical, dental, vision, long‑term disability, and group term life insurance.
