Learn when and how you want! - Once established in the career, Fast Track to Management opportunities for qualified professionals Responsibilities: • Ensure effective insurance, retirement, and business planning education through an array of service offerings including high-quality insurance, fixed annuities, long-term care insurance, securities, investments, and more • Secure optional licenses for selling securities and investments products for wealth management and advanced planning • Increase your client base by creating and implementing strategic business and marketing plans • Help clients achieve their financial goals by presenting a breadth of solutions offered by our competitive suite of products and services • Prospect and contact potential clients to discuss their financial needs and concerns • Discuss financial concerns and needs with potential clients identified during the prospecting process • Ensure effective insurance, retirement, and business planning education through an array of service offerings, including high-quality insurance, fixed annuities, long-term care insurance, securities, investments, and more Qualifications: • Growth mindset and sales experience strongly preferred • Savvy business sense required • Must be able to engage your community and tap personal networks to identify contacts • Articulate complicated concepts using superb written and verbal communication skills • Must possess uncompromising integrity • A growth mindset and sales experience are strongly preferred • Solid business expertise and knowledge are a must • Backgrounds in people-oriented careers are a plus! • Backgrounds in teaching and coaching are a plus as well! Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000 yearly at plan
