Retail Tire Sales Representative
Dealer Tire, an industry-leading, family-owned company supporting premium automotive brands nationwide, is searching for driven, people-focused professionals to join our team. You will join a team of over 550 tire sales specialists nationwidea community of high performers committed to safety, service, and growth.
Base pay: $28.34 $30.85/hr to start. Target annual commission: $13,200.00. Guaranteed commission for up to 2 months during onboarding. Medical, dental, vision, 50% 401(k) match up to 7%. PTO eligibility after 30 days up to 19 days annually. 5-day, 40-hour work week. More personal time daily than the average retail or wireless role.
You'll work inside a premium OEM automotive dealership, representing Dealer Tire as the go-to tire expert. After completing a comprehensive, fully paid training program, you will:
- Engaging customers on the service drive and selling tires to exceed assigned goals.
- Performing quick tire inspections.
- Identifying and explaining tire related issues, recommending service, and quoting prices.
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers and dealership teams.
- Supporting store operations like inventory, opening/closing, and reporting.
If you can sell smartphones, accessories, or membership add-onsyou can absolutely succeed here.
2+ years of retail, service, or sales experience, automotive experience preferred. Outstanding verbal communication and customer service skills. A natural relationship builder with strong sales instincts. Comfortable using computer-based tools and order systems.
