Thrive Communities in Seattle seeks a property manager to oversee budgeting, rent collection, and onsite operations for our portfolio. You will lead on-site staff, coordinate with HR and maintenance, and ensure compliance with MFTE/LIHTC programs. Applicants need 3+ years in property management, 6+ months of supervisory experience, and proficiency in MS Word/Excel and Yardi/CRM.
