About the Role: As a Mass Tort Attorney, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of a complex mass tort docket while working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners. This role requires strong legal acumen, excellent case management skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage all phases of a mass tort docket, from intake through resolution Track and meet critical litigation deadlines Supervise and mentor paralegals and legal assistants supporting your docket Follow and improve upon existing case management processes and procedures Maintain regular contact with clients to provide case updates and resolve issues Analyze medical records and relevant case documents Review all pleadings, motions, and filings before submission to the court or opposing counsel Collaborate with other law firms and stakeholders involved in litigation Identify trends within your docket and recommend process improvements Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance case outcomes and efficiency Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active membership in the Texas State Bar 2–4 years of experience practicing law, preferably with a focus on mass torts Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively Excellent communication and client service skills Experience working in a collaborative team environment Why Join Johnson Law Group?
