Role Overview The Senior Scrum Master will serve as a servant leader and coach for multiple Agile teams delivering AI-based products. This role focuses on enabling high-performing teams, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives). Schedule and own Agile-related meetings, ensuring proper communication and alignment. Mentor teams on Agile principles, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and promoting self-organization. Identify and resolve blockers impacting delivery, collaborating with stakeholders as needed. Track and report team performance using velocity, burndown charts, and other Agile metrics. Work closely with Product Owners, Data Scientists, and Engineers to ensure backlog refinement and prioritization. Drive retrospectives and implement actionable improvements for team efficiency and quality. Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 3 years in AI/ML or software product delivery. Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills. Familiarity with AI/ML development cycles and data-driven product delivery. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification required; SAFe certification preferred.
