As the company continues to grow and diversify, they offer stability and ample opportunities for career advancement. *Job Description* Support the Project Manager in overseeing the entire lifecycle of light industrial construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Assist in managing project documentation, including RFI logs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to maintain smooth operations on-site. Work closely with project superintendents to establish project priorities, ensure adherence to schedules, and maintain high-quality standards. Monitor project costs, track budgets, and assist in preparing financial reports to ensure alignment with project estimates. Collaborate with the Safety Manager and team to maintain and enforce high safety standards across all projects. Assist in client meetings, providing project updates and addressing any concerns or changes that arise during construction. Facilitate strong communication and teamwork between superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure project success. Ensure project adherence to relevant building codes, safety regulations, and contract requirements. *Ideal Candidate* A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Construction Management or a related field, with previous experience in light industrial, commercial, or industrial construction preferred. A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline. Proficiency in construction technology and project management software, including experience reviewing plans, specifications, and construction documents. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
