What We're Looking For We're looking for an engineer who wants to apply technical judgment beyond traditional project work and build expertise in renewables, infrastructure, and transaction advisory. You’ll work with asset data, drawings, costs, and models to support live deals, tax credit analysis, cost segregation, and client-ready recommendations. You're the right fit if - Are comfortable working with technical, engineering, and asset-level data. Have a strong technical and analytical mindset and enjoy working with complex, asset-level data Learn quickly and can apply engineering thinking in new, unfamiliar contexts Want to grow in a niche advisory area spanning engineering, tax, and transactions Are comfortable working across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment We are intentionally engineering fundamentals, power generation and learning agility over direct tax experience for this opportunity.
