CLINICAL DOC SPECIALIST

Reviews the medical records on the in-house patient to assure that the documentation is detailed enough to capture the patient's conditions and then interacts with the medical staff in areas that documentation improvement is needed. Assigns the preliminary DRG while the patient is in-house. Qualifications Current FL RN license. RN and coding experience required.
