Job Description POSITIONSUMMARY : Therapists are assigned cases within approximately 20–30 minutes of their location. The ABA Therapist (RBT/BT) provides in-home support to children and adolescents, helping them develop essential skills and improve behaviors. Working under the guidance of a BCBA, the ABATherapist implements personalized therapy plans and collaborates with families to foster the child's growth. RBT training) (recommended) Experience in education or autism-related field (recommended) Ability to work hands-on with children Essential Knowledge and Skills Knowledgeable about basic ABA terms (training will be provided) Knowledgeable about data collection software (training will be provided) Work collaboratively with coworkers and clients’ families Follows supervisor directions and treatment plan, and asks questions when needed Patient and compassionate, especially while working with clients exhibiting challenging behaviors Goal-oriented and organized Acts professionally in a variety of environments Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and the needs of the client #J-18808-Ljbffr
