The Office Assistant 1 position is responsible for processing all incoming and outgoing discovery documents. Communicating with various agencies and the public over the phone and email, processing incoming/outgoing legal documents, creating case files, organizing case files, scanning, filing, faxing, and other duties as needed. Daily courier service to OCS offsite offices and other agencies. Other duties include back up support for the front desk and any other clerical duties as needed.
