Job Description
Title: Travel RN - Critical Care / ICU

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience.
- GA or compact RN licensure required at time of submission.
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
- Experience with patient ratios of 2:1-3:1.
- Core clinical skills: ventilator management, BiPAP/CPAP, suctioning (ETT/NT), arterial line and central line care/management, titration of cardiac and vasoactive drips, dysrhythmia management, infection prevention, and isolation precautions.
- Experience with Epic charting system required.

Compliance / Notes:
- Max RTO: 7 days per contract; all RTO must be finalized at time of submission.
- No holiday RTO allowed if 1-2 major holidays fall during the assignment; if 3 holidays fall, one holiday RTO may be considered.
- Orientation hours: 24 (non-billable).
