Join Lily Smiles Center Inc as a Dental Lead Assistant, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care in a friendly and professional environment. We are seeking a motivated individual who is passionate about dentistry and committed to making a positive impact in our patients' lives. Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow and patient comfort.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment for various treatments.
- Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation of treatments and procedures.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and post-operative care.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient follow-ups to enhance patient experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with the dental team to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest dental technologies and practices to provide top-notch care.
- High school diploma or equivalent; dental assistant certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental assisting role.
- Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and infection control protocols.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor towards patients.
- Proficient in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
