Creative Designer / Production Designer / Graphic Designer (Insurance Client – W2 Contract) Location: Boston Metro Area (Occasional onsite collaboration at 175 Berkeley office) Employment Type: W2 Contract (Through end of year – extension possible) Industry: Insurance (– Global Risk Solutions) Interview Process: 3 Rounds (Creative Director, Associate Art/Creative Director, Project Manager) About the Role Our insurance client is seeking a Creative Designer / Production Designer to join their in-house creative team supporting the Global Risk Solutions North America business unit. This role focuses on delivering high-quality print and digital creative assets across ongoing marketing and campaign initiatives. You will work closely with Art Directors, marketing partners, and other creative team members to translate concepts into visually compelling designs aligned with brand guidelines. Key Responsibilities Design and produce print and digital assets across multiple marketing initiatives Translate conceptual ideas into polished creative deliverables Support Art Directors on large campaigns and independently execute smaller projects Create production-ready assets for digital, web, mobile, and print channels Participate in project kickoffs and creative brainstorming sessions Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and visual standards Manage multiple design requests in a fast-paced environment Incorporate feedback and iterate quickly on design deliverables Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive execution Maintain strong attention to detail and meet tight deadlines Required Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in graphic design or production design Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Strong portfolio showcasing print and digital design work Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and composition Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Preferred Skills Experience with Figma Video editing/animation tools ( After Effects, Premiere Pro ) Exposure to B2B or corporate marketing environments Strong conceptual thinking and creative development skills Ideal Candidate Profile Detail-oriented and highly organized Strong visual storyteller with creative problem-solving skills Comfortable working independently and collaboratively Open to feedback and iterative design process Thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments Day-to-Day Snapshot Work independently on production design and creative assets Assist Art Directors on larger campaigns and initiatives Attend creative kickoffs and team collaboration sessions Develop and refine visual concepts for multiple marketing projects #J-18808-Ljbffr PTR Global
