• *Deliver comprehensive content creation and production projects, demonstrating proficiency across design, development, writing, production (pre-production, physical production, post-production), publishing, and operations processes.
• Solve defined production problems by identifying multiple approaches and recommending creative improvements to solutions.
• Drive and produce content for projects of moderate to high complexity, with a focus on a range of video projects.
• Assist in bringing solutions to life through specialized craft skills in writing, design, and production.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop clearly written pre-production plans, including identifying target audiences, schedules, and potential challenges.
• Suggest diverse production styles and techniques, understanding their applications in creating digital media products.
• Evaluate content to ensure alignment with creative and technical visions, conducting interviews and screenings across disciplines.
• Direct nuanced or complex creative and technical changes across disciplines for optimal story development with minimal guidance.
• Act as a diversity change agent, working to evolve processes, culture, and other barriers to inclusion.
• Proficiency in project management skills.
• Experience with content management systems.
• Strong knowledge of digital media.
• Understanding of industry knowledge relevant to creative production.
• Familiarity with business operations and product knowledge.
• Expertise in production processes and equipment.
