Job Description Bilingual On-Site Supervisor - Light Industrial Recruiting Salary $45,000/year + benefits About The Company We're looking for a hands-on, Bilingual On-Site Supervisor with a strong background in light industrial recruiting to support a fast-paced warehouse operation. This role is ideal for someone who understands the challenges of recruiting for high-volume warehouse, manufacturing, production, and general labor positions and enjoys being actively involved in both recruiting and on-site operations. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified workers while supporting a large contingent workforce and partnering closely with the client to meet daily staffing needs. About The Role This is a fast-paced, high-volume position requiring someone who is comfortable balancing recruiting, employee support, attendance management, and daily on-site operations . Schedule Must be flexible with changing shift hours during peak season. Typical schedule may include Monday-Saturday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM , with 2 days off per week . Responsibilities Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard candidates for high-volume light industrial positions, including warehouse, production, manufacturing, and general labor roles Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing and last-minute staffing needs Conduct orientations and ensure employees are prepared for their assignments Supervise and support a large contingent workforce on-site Manage employee attendance, scheduling, call-outs, and performance concerns Maintain regular communication with associates and provide a positive employee experience Track daily headcount and work closely with the client to ensure staffing levels are met Monitor recruiting and operational KPIs, including attendance, fill rates, retention, and headcount Address employee issues and help resolve concerns quickly and professionally Partner with the client on daily operations, workforce planning, and staffing needs Be visible and actively involved on the warehouse floor as needed Qualifications 2+ years of experience in light industrial staffing, high-volume recruiting, warehouse operations, or a supervisory role Experience recruiting for warehouse, manufacturing, production, general labor, or other high-volume hourly positions preferred Comfortable managing multiple open requisitions and building candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment Experience supporting a large hourly or contingent workforce is a plus Required Skills Bilingual in Spanish and English required Strong recruiting and candidate relationship-building skills Experience with high-volume hiring and sourcing candidates for hourly positions Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to stay organized and prioritize in a fast-moving environment Comfortable handling attendance, employee relations, and performance issues Ability to work independently while partnering closely with clients and internal teams Flexible and comfortable adapting to changing staffing needs and schedules $45000 / year Prof23
