Our client is looking for an Program Manager / Data Architect for a project and below is the detailed requirement.
Job Title: Program Manager / Data Architect
Location: San Francisco, CA
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 9 13 years of experience in Program/Project Management, Data & Analytics, or Data Architecture.
- Strong experience leading Data, Analytics, AI, GenAI, and Data Product initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Data Architecture, Data Engineering, and modern data platforms.
- Hands-on/strong working knowledge of Databricks and Lakehouse technologies.
- Strong experience with Data Products, Data Mesh, Design Thinking, and product-centric delivery models.
- Experience with data governance, data quality, metadata management, data cataloging, lineage, and data stewardship.
- Strong understanding of scalable, reliable, secure, and AI-ready data solutions.
- Experience translating business requirements into data and technology solutions and working with Architecture and Engineering teams.
- Experience identifying and evaluating AI/GenAI use cases, business value, feasibility, and success metrics.
- Strong experience with portfolio prioritization, demand management, roadmaps, KPIs, risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management experience across business and IT leadership.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, decision-making, and technical documentation skills.
