Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Washington state certification in Special Education
• Experience writing, monitoring, and maintaining IEPs
• Familiarity with the compliance requirements of K-8 homeschooling or online education preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication abilities for working with parents, students, and educational teams
• Proficient with documentation and digital record-keeping systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Track, review, and update IEPs and IEP goals for students enrolled in the online K-8 program
• Ensure all federal and state compliance requirements are met
• Maintain regular communication with families and program staff regarding student IEP progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to monitor and report on student milestones
• Manage related paperwork and compliance documentation promptly and accurately
