RYNO is growing our Nashville team and looking for motivated individuals to join us as  Business Sales Representatives . You'll work directly with business customers, build relationships, and help connect them with products and services that fit their needs.

New to sales? That's okay. We provide paid training, hands-on experience, and ongoing coaching to help you learn the role and develop your skills.

What You'll Do:

• Meet with prospective business customers face-to-face
• Learn about their needs and present appropriate products and services
• Build and maintain professional customer relationships
• Work within an assigned sales territory
• Follow up with prospective customers
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching

• Comfortable meeting new people face-to-face
• Ability to work full-time and in person
• Reliable transportation for assigned sales territories
• Must be at least 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation & Training:

• Paid initial training
• Commission-based compensation after training
• Uncapped earning potential based on individual sales performance
• First-year representatives typically earn $800–$1,200 per week
• Top-performing representatives may earn approximately $1,200–$2,000 per week
• Weekly pay
• Additional performance-based incentives may be available
