Location: Kansas City, MO

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: 5am- 1:30pm, Tuesday- Saturday | OR 2pm-10:30pm, Monday- Friday

What Makes You a Match

• Experience with Microsoft Office and Office 365, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Basic administrative and data entry experience
• Strong telephone, email, and customer service etiquette
• Professional communication skills when working with drivers, vendors, and customers
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

What Keeps You Busy (in the Best Way)

• Process and prepare daily postal paperwork and dispatch drivers
• Monitor daily mail deliveries and accurately record delivery dates and times
• Coordinate customer pickups and communicate with vendors regarding shipment updates and status
• Dispatch outbound line hauls and prepare bills of lading and shipping paperwork
• Work within finance and billing systems to support daily operations
• Maintain organized filing systems and complete additional administrative duties as assigned
