What Makes You a Great Fit 1+ year of restaurant or hospitality experience; management experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus. Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication and conflict resolution skills. Comfortable use of technology (POS systems, inventory tools, MS Office). Ability to stand/walk for 8–10 hours and lift/move up to 50 lbs. Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends. Our Commitment to You Pay : Starting at $47,000 plus bonus eligibility. Schedule : Flexible scheduling with one weekend off per month.
