We are an industry leader widely recognized for our commitment to creating the finest tasting pasta sauces, salad dressings, salsas, ketchups, and other sauces and blends.Union benefits such as medical, vision and dentalUnion negotiated paid holidays and paid time off$22.39/hourSupplemental benefits including life insurance and 401k contributionsIncentive-based Refer-a-Friend ProgramTeam training sessions and advancement opportunitiesA diversified workforce committed to excellence and innovationWe need a Forklift Operator responsible for operating and maneuvering forklifts throughout our facilities.You will operate a sit-down forkliftYou will use wireless RF scanning equipment to ensure accuracy of inventoryYou will adhere to quality and customer service standards set forth by the companyYou will perform cycle counts as requiredYou will pick, wrap and stage orders to be shippedYou will unload inbound material, inspect for damage and compare to packing listsYou will label and stage material for QA sampling and storage put awayYou will inspect and perform forklift checklist for required equipmentYou will help us identify safety hazards in the workplaceYou will consolidate partial pallets for incoming finished goodsHigh School Diploma/GED1-year experience operating a forkliftForklift certified or ability to become forklift certified by Chelten HouseSafely operates a forklift in shared forklift-pedestrian work areasMust possess good written and oral communication skillsDemonstrate ability to complete neat and accurate paperworkMust be able to lift up to 50lbs (anything above 50lbs requires team lift and/or use of equipment)
