Production Helper / Palletizer

The ideal candidate will assist in the safe and efficient palletizing of ice products, ensuring quality standards are maintained. This role involves working in a refrigerated environment at approximately 40F, where teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Palletize ice products efficiently and accurately according to company standards
• Rotate tasks with a partner to maintain productivity and safety
• Assist with loading and unloading ice on production lines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure product integrity
• Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors
• Support other production tasks as needed to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (~40F)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy loads (up to [insert weight]) safely
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Previous experience in a production or warehouse setting is a plus but not required
