Location: San Ramon, CA
Pay Range: $35–$40 per hour
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
Full Time, Onsite, Temporary to hire

What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Recruitment by coordinating job postings, candidate communications, interview scheduling, and hiring workflows
• Onboarding and offboarding by ensuring accurate documentation, clear communication, and seamless employee transitions
• Benefit administration including enrollments, updates, terminations, and timely responses to employee questions
• Employee relations support by addressing routine HR inquiries and escalating more complex matters appropriately
• Compliance with California employment practices through accurate documentation and adherence to HR standards
• Performance management support by tracking review cycles, maintaining documentation, and guiding managers on timelines
• HR file and process maintenance to ensure records are organized, confidential, and audit-ready
• HRIS updates and employee data accuracy through precise data entry, reporting, and ongoing system management

To Be Successful in This Role, You’ll Bring
• 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar multi-functional HR position
• Working knowledge of California employment laws and compliance practices
• Demonstrated success supporting recruiting coordination, onboarding, benefits, and HR operations
• Strong HRIS experience with a high level of accuracy in data management and reporting
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Professional communication skills and the ability to build trust across all levels of an organization
• High level of discretion when handling confidential employee information
• A dependable, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through
