Assistant Controller - Real Estate Fund

Assistant Controller role with a Leading Real Estate Investment firm in NYC. The role will manage a small accounting team, work closely with senior leadership, and perform all accounting, finance, and reporting functions for real estate investment portfolios. It will focus predominantly on closed end funds. Work with the firm’s corporate accounting and performance measurement teams Assist with the calculation of the firm’s performance metrics, the corporate budget, and regulatory requirements.
