Junior Application Developer - Developer Analyst I Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid - must be local Job Overview We are looking for a Junior Application Developer / Developer Analyst I to join our development team. This is a full-stack development role focused on developing, maintaining, testing, and improving software applications. The developer will work under the direction of a Senior Developer and will participate throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of web portals, analytical modules, and SQL applications. Key Responsibilities Develop reliable, user-friendly production code with clear documentation. Develop and maintain software applications using modern web technologies. Maintain and enhance existing applications. Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues. Test applications to ensure they meet user requirements and produce accurate results. Ensure applications run efficiently and reliably without crashing. Analyze user requirements and stories and convert them into technical design documents. Follow established software development principles, standards, strategies, and architectures. Utilize development tools and processes such as Git and JIRA . Work collaboratively with senior developers and other technical team members throughout the SDLC. Required Skills Node.js SQL Server Linux Strong mathematical and analytical skills Experience in software development or a related field Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills Angular 2+ (v10+) or similar frontend technology React or Vue Docker Jenkins

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree (4 years) Experience in software development or a related field Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science Work Environment Hybrid work environment in Charlotte, NC Candidates must currently be local to the Charlotte area.
