Litigation Associate Attorney

A well-established, highly respected litigation firm is expanding its Tacoma office and is seeking Litigation Associates to join its collaborative and trial-focused team. What You'll Do Handle sophisticated civil litigation matters from inception through resolution. Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and discovery. Take and defend depositions. Prepare witnesses, experts, and trial strategy. Participate in mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials. Work directly with experienced trial attorneys who are committed to mentorship and attorney development. What We're Looking For Approximately 3+ years of litigation experience . Medical malpractice defense experience is a plus, but not required . Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills. Trial or deposition experience is highly valued.
