You will assist in handling and winning multi-million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high-stakes legal proceedings. You will also forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and evolving legal frameworks in the US and abroad.
