Our master generalist approach is supported by the latest tech, and we value precision and curiosity above all else. The Role We are looking for our Revit and detailing champion. You won't just be drafting; you will be the technical engine of our design process. If you are the kind of person who genuinely enjoys optimizing a Revit template, translating point clouds into flawless As-Builts, and turning conceptual ideas into highly constructible models, this is your spot. You will own the technical execution of projects from initial schematics through construction administration. We want someone who elevates the standard of our drawings—ensuring they are grounded in building science and ready for the field. What You Will Do Build the Foundation: Translate point cloud data into precise Revit As-Builts. Drive the Drawings: Develop SD, DD, and CD sets based on sketches and redlines. Detailing: Model existing and proposed architectural details with a strict focus on constructability and building science. Coordinate: Seamlessly integrate consultant data into the central Revit model. Optimize: Manage, update, and improve the firm’s central Revit template. Navigate Compliance: Ensure all models and drawings accurately incorporate local and state building codes. Site Verification: Visit project sites to verify field conditions (reliable, all-weather vehicle required). Who You Are Experienced: 5+ years of professional, architecture-focused Revit experience. Technically Minded: Deep understanding of drafting principles, schematics, and system design processes. Precise: You can accurately interpret architectural plans and technical specs without missing the small stuff. Collaborative: You communicate clearly with multidisciplinary teams to keep complex projects moving smoothly. Driven to Grow: You want to be the best at what you do. We expect to learn from your workflows just as much as you learn from ours. The Tech Playground (Bonus Opportunities) We are a highly tech-forward firm. While these aren't strictly required, if you have an interest in any of the following, you’ll have the resources and freedom to integrate them into your work: Reality Capture: Scanning physical sites to generate point clouds (we can train you). Building Systems: Assisting in HVAC manual development and MEP coordination. Prototyping: Developing models for 3D printing and refining our internal print workflows. Tech & AI Integration: Testing and developing workflows to incorporate new tech into our daily processes. Cross-Disciplinary Work: Exploring mechanical design, interior design, or graphic design concepts. Compensation & Workspace Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 annually (commensurate with experience) Benefits: 401(k) with 3% match, PTO, professional development stipend.
