Interior Design Project Manager

THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong foundation in interior design or architecture to lead projects from programming and schematic design through construction documents and project closeout. You will be the linchpin between our design team, clients, consultants, and contractors — keeping projects on schedule, on budget, and on-brand. This is a full-time, in-office position requiring a consistent 45‑hour weekly commitment. Active project phases demand full engagement, and we need someone who can reliably show up and deliver. NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited program Minimum 3 years of project management experience in an interior design or architecture firm Revit mastery – confident working in Revit throughout all project phases 5–7 years of experience in interior design or architecture Availability to work 45 hours per week, reliably and consistently WHAT YOU’LL DO Manage multiple interior design and/or architecture projects simultaneously from kickoff through closeout Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work Serve as the primary client contact, facilitating clear communication and expectation-setting throughout each project Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and vendors to keep projects moving Produce and review construction documents, specifications, and submittals in Revit Conduct site visits and field observations as needed Collaborate closely with the design team to maintain design intent through every phase WHO YOU ARE You bring a positive, solutions‑forward attitude to work every day, not just on easy days You take feedback as a professional gift, not a personal critique, and adjust quickly without defensiveness You understand that in a small firm everyone’s role matters and the attitude is contagious, so you choose to make yours a good one You are organized, self‑directed, and accountable— you don’t need to be managed, you need to be given direction and trusted to execute You genuinely thrive in a boutique environment where you wear multiple hats and have real impact, rather than wanting to be somewhere bigger #J-18808-Ljbffr
