Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
(Occasional on-call or weekend work as needed)

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced HVAC/R Technician to join our growing team. This role focuses on local refrigeration and HVAC service for restaurants and commercial businesses within a 20-mile radius - excluding DC, Virginia, and Baltimore City . You'll perform installations, service, maintenance, and repairs while ensuring exceptional customer service and system performance.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair commercial restaurant refrigeration systems
Perform HVAC service and light commercial maintenance
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
Conduct preventative maintenance and system performance checks
Recharge refrigerants and ensure EPA compliance
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with supervisors and clients
Respond promptly to emergency service calls when needed

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

3-5 years of professional HVAC experience
2-4 years of restaurant refrigeration experience
Hands-on experience servicing:
- Ice machines
- Walk-in coolers and freezers
- Line coolers
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (must be able to operate a company vehicle)
Ability to climb ladders and lift/carry 50+ lbs
