Youth & Family Support Specialist (Crisis & Transport)

Thompson is seeking a Family Support Worker in the Florida Case Management Organization (CMO) department. You will transport youth to and from out‑of‑home placements, school, and visits, supervise parent visits, and help de‑escalate crises as they arise throughout your shift.
