Required Skills:

• Valid and current medical license in pathology
• Board-certified or eligible in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology (AP/CP)
• Strong proficiency in histopathology, cytopathology, and laboratory testing procedures
• Excellent diagnostic and analytical skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adhere to strict turnaround times
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with healthcare teams

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with digital pathology systems and telepathology
• Knowledge of molecular pathology techniques
• Previous experience in a hospital or academic medical center setting
• Familiarity with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree with residency training in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology
• At least (X) years of post-residency experience in a clinical setting
• Prior experience working with diverse patient populations

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to obtain or maintain appropriate state medical licensure
• Ability to handle occasional on-call duties
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and certifications
