Senior Financial Analyst

KBW has partnered with a growing manufacturing organization seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making. This role will partner closely with finance and operational leadership to analyze performance, improve forecasting, and provide actionable business insights. Key Responsibilities Budgeting and periodic forecasting processes. Prepare monthly financial reporting and variance analysis. Analyze revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, headcount, and working capital. Develop financial models, scenarios, and business cases to support decisions. Partner with operational leaders to improve forecast accuracy and financial performance. Support cash flow forecasting and profitability analysis. Develop financial dashboards and KPIs. Analyze financial and operational data from ERP and other business systems. Support acquisition integration, strategic initiatives, and executive reporting. Improve financial reporting, planning, and analysis processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field. 3+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience preferred. Manufacturing experience required. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Advanced Excel proficiency. Experience with a larger ERP preferred. Power BI or other BI/visualization experience a plus. Compensation:$100-120,000 plus benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
